Marija Krčmarević brings more than 20 years of hands-on professional experience across retail operations, sales, trade marketing, project management and field execution. She has led complex projects and national POS rollouts across Switzerland's German-, French- and Italian-speaking regions, coordinating clients, field teams, logistics, execution quality and management reporting. Through MONVIQ, she supports companies that need experienced project leadership without adding permanent headcount.
Marko Krčmarević supports operational planning and field coordination across Switzerland, helping translate project standards into consistent execution, documentation and follow-through at location level.
