01 The MONVIQ Method

From the first brief to the report from the field.

Six stages create one clear path through the mandate. We use the stages relevant to your scope, agree the deliverables in advance and keep one accountable line from planning to review.

02 Six Stages
01 / 06

Discover

We clarify the business objective, review the available data and look at the reality in the field before defining the solution.

  • Interviews with the relevant commercial, sales and field stakeholders
  • Review of existing data, briefs and project constraints
  • Store visits or field reality check where relevant
02 / 06

Define

We agree the priorities, scope, targets and the measures that will define success.

  • Priorities ranked and documented
  • Targets and KPIs agreed in writing
  • Owners, escalation paths and reporting rhythm confirmed
03 / 06

Design

We translate the direction into a practical operating and rollout plan.

  • Workstreams, milestones and dependencies
  • Rollout logic by region, format or location
  • Briefings, standards and reporting templates
04 / 06

Execute

We coordinate delivery and use our own field network where on-site execution is part of the mandate.

  • Project and partner coordination
  • Installation, merchandising, checks and store visits
  • Issue management and progress reporting while the work is live
05 / 06

Measure

We review the result against the agreed scope and targets, using store-level evidence where available.

  • Status and KPI reporting
  • Photo documentation and exception analysis
  • What worked, what missed and what requires action
06 / 06

Grow

We turn the findings into a prioritised improvement plan and define what should be repeated, changed or scaled.

  • Recommended next actions
  • Updated standards or routines
  • Structured handover or next project phase

03 What You Receive

Documents built to be used.

Deliverables are defined according to the mandate. Depending on scope, they may include a project plan, rollout schedule, field briefing, issue log, store-level reporting, management summary and a prioritised improvement plan.

  • 01 Discovery findings What we saw in the market, in the data and in store — in one document.
  • 02 Priority map and target set The agreed priorities and the numbers success will be read against.
  • 03 Operating plan Owners, milestones and dates for every workstream.
  • 04 Field execution reports Store-level reporting from every round, with photos and exceptions.
  • 05 Performance review Results against the agreed targets, including what missed.
  • 06 Improvement proposal What to change next, in order of impact.
04 What This Means For The Client

Three things you can count on.

The method exists for one reason: to remove the uncertainty between a decision and its result.

01 Predictability.

A clear scope, agreed stages and visible next steps.

02 Ownership.

Named responsibilities and one accountable contact throughout the mandate.

03 Measurability.

Results reviewed against agreed targets and supported by field evidence where available.

05 Why It Holds

The people who design your strategy are the people who stand next to you when it is executed.

That is what keeps the method honest. Because we run the execution ourselves — with our own field team across Switzerland — a plan that cannot work in store never survives the design stage.
